For as long as I can remember, I am fond of reading. Books are what I love and live.

I have read the story "The Last Leaf"written by O'Henry who is one of the best known American short-story writers of the XIXth century and of the present day and chose it for my perfect stylistic analysis.
Why is just this book?
The answer is very simple. This stoty is very interesting and sincere, well-constructed and logically developed. I read it for so many times and it always gave me the same feeling of freshness. Just read it and you will understand me.http://www.online-literature.com/henry/1303/
I’m looking forward to share my thoughts and feelings with you. This blog will not only be a literary blog, it will deal with everything that comes to my mind and everything I want to share with you. For me it was always difficult to get everything into those tiny instagram pics, so I’m happy to finally have all the space I want.

Such a lovely blog, Inna! That's great that you have found a perfect resource for sharing your feelings and ideas! I want to ask you, why do you want to analyse the story you know perfectly well? Why not to try something new? If you like reading, maybe some other story will give new impressions and emotions?
ОтветитьУдалитьWhen I heard that this story is in the list of the suggested stories, I just chose it without looking at the others, because during my active practice at school I had to analyse it with my pupils. They expressed their feelings, thoughts, I helped them and together we created our personal view on this story. They drew a lot of illustrations to the story, they portrayed the author. That's why, I just want to share with you my feelings and ideas and ideas of my pupils, to show you their works. But I think that it is not the first and the last story which I am going to analyse...
